Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Phantom Rush Arcade Community Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all members of the Phantom Fellowship — everyone who participates in community forums, feedback portals, shared discussions, or any other social feature of the Phantom Rush Arcade platform. By participating in our community, you agree to uphold the standards outlined below.

We believe in treating our community members as intelligent, responsible adults. These guidelines are not a long list of prohibitions — they are a clear expression of the values we expect every member to bring with them. Most people will find that the guidelines simply reflect how they already behave.

01 Respect for All Members

Every person in the Phantom Fellowship deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their experience level, background, play style, opinions, or any other characteristic. We are a diverse community of Canadian adults, and that diversity is a strength — not a source of division.

Respectful behaviour includes: listening to others with genuine interest, disagreeing constructively and without personal attacks, acknowledging the contributions of fellow members, and creating space for people to express themselves freely without fear of mockery or hostility.

Disrespectful behaviour — including personal attacks, harassment, deliberate intimidation, or any form of discriminatory language directed at individuals or groups — will result in immediate moderation action and may lead to removal from the community.

02 Fair Play

The integrity of the Phantom Rush Arcade experience depends on all members playing fairly and honestly. This means engaging with our games and community features as they are intended to be used — without exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, without misrepresenting yourself or your achievements, and without interfering with the experience of other players.

In community discussions, fair play means representing your genuine views and experiences honestly. Spreading misinformation about game mechanics, fabricating strategies, or deliberately misleading other members undermines the trust that makes our community valuable.

If you discover a technical bug or vulnerability, please report it to our team at hello@phantomrusharcade.com rather than exploiting or publicising it. Responsible disclosure helps us maintain a fair experience for the entire community.

03 Age Compliance

Phantom Rush Arcade is an adult entertainment platform designed exclusively for Canadian residents aged 19 and older. This age requirement is fundamental to our platform's integrity and must be respected by all members without exception.

Community members must not assist, encourage, or facilitate access to the platform by individuals under the age of 19. This includes sharing login credentials, providing workarounds to our age gate, or creating content specifically designed to attract or appeal to underage individuals.

Any member who becomes aware of potential underage access to the platform is encouraged to report this immediately to hello@phantomrusharcade.com. We take age compliance extremely seriously and will act swiftly on any credible reports.

04 Content Standards

All content shared within Phantom Rush Arcade community spaces — including posts, comments, images, usernames, and profile information — must meet our content standards. Content should be relevant to the platform and its themes, appropriate for an adult audience, and consistent with the respectful, constructive culture of the Phantom Fellowship.

Content that is explicitly sexual, gratuitously violent, deeply offensive without artistic or communicative merit, or targeted at causing distress to specific individuals is not permitted. Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalises illegal activity is also prohibited.

We appreciate that our members are adults with a wide range of perspectives and sensibilities. We aim to moderate with proportionality and good faith, focusing on the clearest violations rather than patrolling for minor infractions. When in doubt about whether something is appropriate, err on the side of caution or ask our moderation team.

05 Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours are explicitly prohibited within the Phantom Rush Arcade community and will result in moderation action up to and including permanent removal:

• Harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of any community member
• Hate speech directed at individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
• Impersonating Phantom Rush Arcade staff, moderators, or other community members
• Spamming, unsolicited promotion, or advertising of third-party platforms or services
• Attempting to collect personal information from other community members without their consent
• Sharing links to malicious, illegal, or age-restricted third-party content
• Coordinated manipulation of community features, forums, or voting systems
• Deliberately spreading false information that could cause harm to other members or to the platform

This list is not exhaustive. Phantom Rush Arcade reserves the right to take moderation action in response to any behaviour that, in our reasonable judgement, undermines the safety, integrity, or positive culture of our community.

06 Reporting Concerns

If you encounter behaviour or content in our community that you believe violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it. You can do so by emailing hello@phantomrusharcade.com with a description of the issue and, where possible, a link or screenshot of the content in question.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and treated with confidentiality. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the subjects of reports. We aim to acknowledge all reports within 48 hours and to take appropriate action as quickly as practicable.

Please report in good faith. Filing false or malicious reports — intended to harm another member rather than protect the community — is itself a violation of these guidelines and will be treated accordingly.

07 Enforcement

Our moderation team enforces these guidelines with consistency, proportionality, and good faith. We aim to educate and correct before we restrict or remove — most violations will be met with a warning and an explanation before any further action is taken. However, serious violations may result in immediate and permanent action without prior notice.

Enforcement actions available to our moderation team include: content removal, temporary posting restrictions, temporary community suspension, and permanent removal from the platform. The action taken in any given case will reflect the severity, frequency, and context of the violation.

If you believe moderation action has been taken against you in error, you may appeal by contacting hello@phantomrusharcade.com. We are committed to fair process and will review all appeals with genuine attention.

08 Updates to These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time as our platform evolves and our community grows. We will notify the community of significant changes through an announcement in the relevant community spaces and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage all members to revisit these guidelines periodically to ensure they remain informed. Continued participation in the Phantom Rush Arcade community following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
